I haven’t had a back up in awhile up until now and we pay a lot of money to live here and I had to leave work because of stuff like this and they want to charge us more because there is a lot of plumbing issue WELL THIS IS WHY it’s very frustrating. It got fixed thanks to an actual plumber. WHO PUTS CEMENT DOWN THE DRAIN ARE YOU INSANE!!!!!!. I scrubbed out my tub and immediately smelled cement. Idk who they got working here but CEMENT DOES NOT GO DOWN THE DRAIN.

This apartment complex at Fairmount Manor is a complete joke when it comes to maintenance and basic living standards. The washers and dryers are CONSTANTLY broken—machines don’t work and are out of order more often than not. Doing laundry here is a guaranteed waste of time and frustration. The plumbing is just as bad. Ongoing leaks, backups, terrible water pressure, and recurring issues that never actually get fixed—just patched until the next failure. These are not minor inconveniences; they are serious problems that affect daily life. As if that wasn’t enough, the pool was shut down by the city for failing health inspections. Let that sink in. This isn’t “maintenance”—it’s a safety issue. Yet the complex continues advertising amenities it clearly cannot maintain. Management is either

I want to have AC in these apartments mine too they should have been updated a long time ago The office people have AC we don't have AC and it's hot I mean we pay our rent on time we do we should at least be able to do our own AC and don't tell me that you guys can't update it

Absolutely perfect if you’re searching for a living situation that keeps your nervous system permanently activated. Enjoy the authentic sounds of arguments, the excitement of unexplained structural damage, and the bonus pest ecosystem that management generously allows to flourish. Maintenance is proudly theoretical, accountability is optional, and safety is more of a suggestion than a feature. Big bonus if you enjoy listening to somebody else’s bass beats vibrating through the walls at all hours of the day and night. After nearly 10 years, I tragically realized I prefer walls without water intrusion and neighbors who don’t treat the building like an enemy combatant. My loss — your adventure.

I recently applied to a property that was still listed as available. After kindly moving my application due to it already being claimed, they attempted to show me a property in a neighborhood I was already familiar with, with false information that there was no theft or violence. The 3rd Property I applied to, was denied due to false information. When I attempted to inquire about the information that was false, I was instead yelled at by their supervisor. Poor Management Skills, Shady Upsell Practices, and short tempers. (Edit: I did appreciate the frustrated supervisor for informing me after I was denied that there was a lapse in information and some miscommunication creating the beleif that I had reported false information, which I could have explained had I known, as there was obviousl
