Avonlea House

I love living here, I live in the upstairs apartment. I really like the storage space and big living room. It’s great to have our own washer and dryer that’s right in our apartment. Something to be aware about is that there are no back cushions on the couch, just some small pillows. But even with that I really enjoy living in Avonlea House and it’s super close to campus!

I've lived here for multiple semesters in the downstairs portion and it really is a great spot. It's VERY close to campus, the walmart shuttle, and a salt lake express stop. The in house laundry, 2 fridges, and 2 showers/bathrooms are incredibly helpful as well. Management, I've found, is quick to answer if there are maintenance issues which is another perk. There are 8 individuals living in the basement (including myself) so you really are never lonely and it is cheaper than upstairs (which has 6 women but only 1 bathroom and 1 fridge). As a whole however, both upstairs and down are generally more affordable than other housing that are of the same distance from campus. Have been there since semester one! Super near to campus, and actually met my bestie there! Managers are amazing and make the living experience even better ♡

I love living at Sunset Hall this is my second year living here and I plan to stay until I graduate. Management really listens and advocates for the things we want as well. We just got new bed frames with lots of storage space underneath. It's nice and cozy. Really enjoy that it is a house and not an apartment.

This is the best place to live! It is so amazing and I love the atmosphere in the house. The managers really care about you and just show you love whenever they can! Live here if you want to have a great semester with great people!
