AVMRE has helped us manage our home property for 4 years. The staff is always available to handle challenges of all sorts - from small issues to those requiring immediate attention. We trust their employees and list of local referrals. Professional to the core, we never worry about our house and property while traveling or being away for extended periods of time. Truly a top notch company.

We have been working with AVMRE for approximately 6 months and are very pleased with them. They are super attentive and responsive and work with great subs. Whenever we need something done they can have someone at our house quickly to resolve the issue. So far it’s been a great experience!

Sometimes their services can be a bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. Premium service and professionals all around. AVMRE helped me a lot when I was buying a house (consulting on issues and what to do...ie roofing, insulation, replacing oil with propane, heat pump or regular furnace, managing quotes, etc). They also helped manage my rent-back when I bought the house. They always respond in a timely manner and will help figure out answers for difficult problems. The vendors they hire all tend to be local so also feels good to support small to medium business vs conglomerates. The first time I reached out to them was actually during covid, and they even helped a lot with bulk grocery runs etc. So their team is flexible and always willing to help. Shout out to Chris

Jeff and his team provide an amazing service backed by experience and integrity. He helped us find a quality home to purchase (while teaching me a ton about what to really look for) and make work for our family. We did additional projects throughout COVID and he consistently delivered even when supplies (and quality focused trades) were in very short supply. One of the hardest parts about moving away has been not having Jeff around to bail me out on my half-baked home projects!

I engaged Absolute Value Management for a period of about 5 years, when my father needed help maintaining his house. The issues were complex, involving hoarding inside the house and extensive deferred maintenance to the building systems. AV was highly professional, connected to trades, and methodical. They accomplished everything we set out to do and added a lot of value, all the way to the date the house sold. I have worked with several management companies over the years and AV stands out.
