Avida Apartments

We have lived here for over a year now and it has been a great experience. Our neighbors have always been friendly, the maintenance team is always on top of things (Dale especially is always on top of things and absolutely awesome!), and management are some of the nicest people I've ever rented under. I can't say enough good things about Jordan especially, she has always been an absolute rockstar. The location is good as well, parking can be kind of a headache sometimes if you work nights somewhere but we also live in the city so it's expected. I have no complaints with Avida and the staff, also for the price it's almost a steal if you are looking for something that is in the city but the complex actually cares about you.

The lady at the desk was absolutely amazing! We have found a few apartments that we liked in the area. But Avida definitely is winning because of that brown eyed beauty. She answered all of our questions. And we feel we vibed with her super well. Management is important.

I’ve been living here since July and I have never had more anxiety about parking. Completely empty lots that they refuse to sell parking passes to. Any day past 5pm all free parking is taken up and you’re forced to park in illegal spots and pray that you don’t get towed. When asking anyone in the office about parking they brush it off and basically say “sucks to suck.” During move in we had to have our washer, dryer, AC, lights, door lock, toilet, etc. all fixed or replaced. Which took about a month in total. Not to mention our apartment has been infested with roaches because of our neighbors who had been evicted due to their living conditions. Murray city requires at least 2.5 designated parking spots to 3+ bedroom apartments. When the complex only offers 1 pass that doesn’t even guarante

I really love living at Avida apartments it’s been a really good experience we just signed another lease for 1year. The only complaint I have about here is the parking we only get 1 parking spot in the apartment parking lot it costs $30 which is fine 1 of our cars has to park on the street. And you have to get home and a decent time or there’s no parking. But the apartments are really nice inside the office ladies are really nice especially Jordan she’s very helpful. Our pool area is really nice as well as the gym.

I’ve lived here at Avida for a couple of years now. We’ve always had a problem with parking, hunting for spots as you only get one parking pass. We’ve recently had a problem with roaches, after living here for as long as I have had and not had a problem until this last month. I’ve hear other residents talk about their roach problems, and I get that is part with moving into a shared building. I’m at a loss.
