Aviara East Pompano

We had a great time at the movie night in the main pool area at Aviara East Pompano. The setup was fantastic and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, watching a movie by the pool made for a really fun and unique evening for the family. The area was clean, comfortable, and well organized. What really stood out was the staff, they were incredible, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly for the children. It was a wonderful experience and a great amenity for residents and guests.

He was clear about expectations, honest about timelines, and kept us informed along every step of the application process. The facility is very nice and up and coming. It has the cutest coffee shop, boba shop, and more to come. What really blew me away was how affordable it is for the luxury feel. Jon was clear about all the fees and expenses that were included in our bottom line price. I cant express enough nice Aviara is and how lucky they are to have Jon.

I’m moving in today and so far the experience has been great. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very reasonably priced for everything that’s included. The amenities are a big plus and make the community feel comfortable and well thought out. The staff has been incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout the entire process. Carlos and Yanick made move-in smooth and stress-free—they were responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. I’m excited to start this next chapter here.
