Avery Glen

Its been a pleasure living at Avery Glen apartments for a little over 5 years. The apartment is very nice and never once have I felt like I was in an unsafe area. The landscape is also kept up and the snow removal has been timely. The location is also very ideal as the grocery store is basically in the back yard, and I’m minutes away to anything else I could need. Lisa and Cindy are fantastic to work with if I ever need anything. The few times I’ve had to call maintenance they have had the issues fixed very quickly. I would highly recommend Avery Glen!

My husband and I moved to Valparaiso for work, and we were not familiar with the area. Lucky for us, Avery Glen had an opening. There are not a lot of amenities such as a pool or anything like that, but it’s a great apartment building. The price is affordable, the staff has always gone out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. Any time there was a maintenance issue, they were quick to fix it. Everyone is so polite and helpful! It’s very quiet here, and close to a lot of what Valparaiso has to offer. I delivered for a pizza place, so I got to see my fair share of apartments in Valparaiso, and this one is perfect for those looking to watch their budget, be in a safe and quiet area, and the neighbors are all very nice. We have lived here exactly 2 years. I can say enough good things about the team that oversees Avery Glen. They were always professional, the price was reasonable and they are quick to react to maintenance issues. If I ever move back to Valpo, I know whom I'm calling.

Lisa and Cindy are great to work with. They are very responsive and take care of things quickly. The complex is clean and the apartments are in great condition. We had to break our lease and the terms of the contract were simple and fair.
