Maintenance team is great, but that is the only positive about living here. The office team is horrible. When the chunky blond-haired lady with glasses is the only one there, I immediately turn around and leave. Not that she would even notice, as she is too busy playing games on her computer. Once she was even making a TikTok video. She is a waste of space. The premises are filthy. Very few people pickup after their dogs do their business. A few pitbulls are never put on a leash, which is not safe. I had to start having my concealed handgun at my side just to walk from parking lot to my apartment. There is no trash pickup from Thur night until Sunday night. Yet several residents put their trash out on Friday night or Saturday afternoon. So it sits there for a few days. I used to live in Ne

Maggee Roberts does an exceptional job as Assistant Community Manager. On more than one occasion she has been very helpful and understsnding of my needs as a tenant. Provided solutions with a positive spirit and empathy. I cannot say enough good things about her !!!

Great apartments! I’ve lived here for a few years and never had big issues. Recently i put in a work order for my AC and the nice maintenance guy, I think his name is Jorge. He showed up that same day and took care of it , fixed it right away and explained to me what happened and what he did to fix it and was very polite and respectful. I really appreciate good maintenance department and the care for their tenants immediate repairs. Thank you!

I absolutely love living at Adventura Cimarron!! With the assistance of the staff I am able to enjoy the many things they offer. The Eight years that I’ve lived here, I truly enjoy the quiet peaceful environment. Thank you Maggie, Paris for always being so helpful to me and my family. And with Nicole at the helm, we are in good hands!!

Jessica is a wonderful leasing agent! Would highly recommend her if you’re looking to move ASAP. She will have you feeling right at home!
