Aventine Northshore

We moved into Aventine Northshore just a few weeks ago & are thrilled to be living here! We knew the moment that Taylor showed us the apartment that it was for us. The complex is in the perfect location for easy access to grocery stores, shopping, pharmacies, & the Pellissippi Parkway. We were so impressed with the pristine & spacious apartment & the many beautiful & convenient amenities, Taylor & Hannah supported us with accurate & timely information to smoothly help us through the move-in process. The skilled, knowledgeable & friendly maintenance crew including Chris & Lee have provided prompt & excellent support. Communications with the management & maintenance staff have been seamless & the online portal is an excellent tool for 2-way information flow. The complex grounds are immacula

We absolutely LOVE living here!!! I would leave 10 stars if I could. We’ve been living here since December of 2024 and are so sad to leave (military orders). The staff is fantastic. Girls in the office, Taylor and Hannah are both incredibly sweet and kind. Maintenance crew, Chris and Lee are wonderful, even a minor issue, like a battery change in a smoke detector they address so quickly and efficiently. The community is safe and clean, loved taking long walks with my 2 year old son and our older dog. They keep the whole property very well taken cared of, including a very clean pool - a must in TN summer🥰 Great neighbors that we will also miss, all around a wonderful place to live!!! Thank you all for being so kind to us, we will miss you all so much!

Beautiful apartment complex that is well maintained and in a beautiful location. I love the proximity to the river and close businesses. The staff is very helpful and made the move super pleasant. They have been very attentive to all maintenance needs since moving in. The grounds team keeps the landscaping beautiful. We moved here from out of state, and it has been perfect for us. We are thrilled with Aventine Northshore.

The staff at Aventine do an amazing job. The property is very well kept and the amenities are unbeatable. Thoughtful touches are added throughout and overall they do a great job making it feel like a community. Highly recommend living here.

The staff at Aventine has been nothing but friendly and supportive. Peggy in particular has been a godsend and bend over backwards to ensure all my need where met. I can only recommend moving here, whether long term or short term due to being new to the area.
