AVE Hamilton Green - 5 Cottage

We are renting a furnished apartment while we await completion of our condo in Tarrytown. We love it here! What a fantastic concept. We’ve been here almost 6 months. We love the gym and the organized activities. We’ve met lovely people who will remain our friends. Building staff is great! Shout out to Patty who is the “cruise director” as well as Allyson, Hillary, Elizabeth, Tennyson, Chris and the entire crew.

My family and I were displaced from our home due to a chimney fire and we decided to rent at AVE Hamilton while fixing our house. They offer some furnished units, which we needed due to the loss of our furniture. It has been a great experience. The staff there is friendly, kind and they go out of their way to make you feel at home and a part of a community. the amenities are top notch, indoor pool, lounge areas, billard room, golf simulation room, business center steam and saunas, great gym and a kids crafts and play room. They offer Weekly free classes or events in one of the many common spaces. Arts and crafts, wine night, gym classes, flower making class for Valentines Day, Etc.. My family and I attend many of them and they are always a blast. My daughters and I swim 4-5 times a week a

After 31 years of living in a home in White Plains, we decided to downsize, and now happily reside at 5 Cottage Place. Please know, however, that we've only been here a few weeks. While pricey, the offerings are pretty good, including the front desk, leasing & building staff, all of whom are top notch. We have a large 2-bedroom, high enough up to see wonderful sunrises and sunsets, as well as Manhattan in the offing. We love that its location is just a few minutes walk to the train as well as all the downtown restaurants. By all accounts, our fellow residents seem quite nice, and the building's monthly scheduled social get-togethers in our spacious lounge are a great way to meet others. As with all new buildings, there are minor bugs still being worked out, and we would love to see

The golf simulator is a unique and fun touch, the gym has everything you could possibly need, and the pool and patio area feels like a private resort. Plus, the frequent resident events they host are a thoughtful way to bring everyone together. If you're looking for a luxury apartment that offers not just beautiful living spaces, but also a vibrant and caring community, look no further.

If you have always dreamed of paying for a $4k for a 400sq/ft penthouse studio that has the greatest view of the Gulf gas station this is the place for you. Who needs Central Park and Verve Cliquot when you can walk across to the gas station and buy a 40oz bottle of malt liquor and get drunk with the neiborhood bums. Or maybe you are interested in a $5K one bedroom that is over looking a construction site that won’t be finished until 2028. Also, there are 500 apartments and only so many elevator banks - you need to think about the wait at the elevator and the parking lot in the morning when EVERYONE is trying to leave for work at the same time.
