Avco Center Corporation

This is specifically a review/complaint re: the horrendous failure regarding ADA and disabled parking at the AVCO center for iPic theater patrons, or lack thereof. Specifically, the top lot with approx 20 spaces and many ADA disabled spaces was open for years and available to patrons. About a year ago this top lot (on the ground level of AVCO building and next to iPic was closed for some undisclosed reason. There are usually 1-2 cars parked there anyways. Disabled patrons now, instead of having DIRECT, easy, SEAMLESS access with no stairs or elevators to Ipic and to the AVCO building, must now go below ground to the parking lot where there are NO disabled spaces, and NO ADA compliant access such as a button to open the heavy glass doors to access the elevator banks. My chiropractors in that building so I'm there twice a week the guys downstairs upgrade a coffee shop is delightful. They keep the building up nice and the iPic Theater is right in that same complex as is the tuck room.
