Avanti East Apartments

Living at Avanti East Apartments has been comfortable, and we’ve felt that our needs are well taken care of. There are a few things that could use attention, but they haven’t been major issues, and we’ve seen them resolved over time. The current management, support staff, and maintenance have been approachable and helpful throughout our time here. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and we’d recommend it to anyone seeking a place with responsive management.

RUN! It's a shame as the units and property appear to be beautiful. But... Poor and unprofessional management, delayed maintenance requests (5 months for the garbage disposal repair and 3 light bulbs!), more often than not, nonoperational security gates and swimming pool. No concern about noise violations or people not identified or background checks. And for three months they have failed to remediate toxic mold infestation despite directives from the housing authority and TDHCA. Wrongful Evictions and retaliation. Wish I could share the documented photos of the mold and its destruction. So my apartment 525 had documented, confirmed toxic mold in the air vents. They refused to repair it, so we gave notice. They immediately posted it for availability, obviously not going to remediate despit

Wow, lots of recent fake reviews. But, when there are 12 apartments vacant, I guess there is good reason. Three years ago the wait-list was 2-3 months. I guess people don't want to have their maintenance requests ignored, or live with toxic mold in building 5. Notice how many vacant apartments in building 5. They need to care about their clients, do the right thing, and not just collect subsidies. Be good to you and your family, and look elsewhere. Well it's been about a month since I posted and they had 12 apts available, which was a lot. But congrats after posting 50% off , you only have 5 left, so glad 525 wasn't rented since the confirmed toxic mold in the vents were never remediated. Had a great experience and very warm welcoming for a tour for an apartment the ladies are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately finances got in the way of an unexpected separation but I’m looking forward to meet with them again very soon for move in date. There’s few places that make you feel like home when you haven’t even moved in yet and Avanti East is one of the few places with a huge heart for tenants!
