Avanti Apartments

Not 1 but 2 worst experiences when it comes to these apartment parking spaces. No gated community ,almost no patrol(I haven’t seen any patrol car personally ). Someone broke the locks off my bike in the designated parking spot and after a week or so somebody broke the passenger side window of my car and stole stuff from it. I asked for a footage of camera when my bike got broken into apartment says they didn’t have cameras on that side of the building. My car got broken into tonight and i am gonna ask them about it too let’s see what kinda response i am gonna get now.. Zero accountability whatsoever asked them about garage availability and a little wiggle with price and they talk about i still have to pay for it smh..

Avanti is such a beautiful complex with great amenities. The staff are amazing and are always helpful. Special shout out to Amber, Selena, and Mike for being so accommodating and exceptional at what they do. They are also why Avanti is thriving. 5 stars definitely.

I’ve lived here for about three years now, and I absolutely love it! The staff and management are truly exceptional — always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever something comes up. The community feels very safe, well-maintained, and peaceful, which is hard to find these days. Everything is always clean and quiet, and it really feels like home. I highly recommend living here! I plan to stay until we buy our own house — but until then, I’m more than happy right where I am.

Maintenance is always great! They respond rapidly and do not even bother me. My garage door had a little problem and he was right on it! Thank you!

don't move heree There is no security, my car was broken down in the middle of the apartments, and they stole all my stuff, living here for 4 months I only saw the patrol once and always people walking around.the person at office It doesn't matter if I know any information or do anything that can help. this is normal here. UPDATING : I couldn't go to the office, but I called, and they didn't solve anything, even though I already did, the only tip she gave me was to park at night in front of the office, which is the only place that has a camera. If you can't do anything to recover my damages, you don't owe me anything. And you don't need to waste my time, but here's a tip for everyone to understand. It's a little better to just park at the office.
