Agree with Ryan. Never do business with this company!! They don't even read their own contract so I thought it was funny that she replied to Ryan to read it. I had to always refer to the contract to resolve issues with Avant when they didn't want to fix things. I feel really sorry for the people who own the homes and use this company to rent out out their homes for them. Beware!! They are really nice in the beginning but once your'e contracted the treatment is very cold. I came across this site because I'm looking for a company to maintain my home as a rental property. I rented through Avant for 5 years. When issues came up they were there within a day. When it came time for us to buy, they went out of their way to help us. If you have rented before, you know what to expect. Always understanding and great people. I have many friends in the Sumter area who have rented higher quality homes and can confirm that Charlene and company will allow you to live your life.

Avant construction is by far the best in the area they treat you like family and do there best to make your dreams come true in your new home. Me and my wife just moved into our new home built by Avant construction and it is amazing they check on us often to make sure we are happy and things are to our likening I’m very thankful for all there hard work and helping us to build our dream home. If you are looking to build Avant construction is the place to call!!!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not repair anything! Have excuses for everything! Super nice in the beginning but once your name is signed on the dotted line, they will not listen or make repairs. News flash! If a tenant is paying their rent on time according to the law(lawyers advice) it’s your responsibility to make sure the tenant is in a safe and healthy environment! Will update in a few more months.
