Avana West Hill

Came in and their was a lady with red hair in the office and she had her door open and I said Hello, and she completely ignored me I walked around trying to get her attention because maybe she was hard of hearing and concentrated but literally she didn’t budge, after ten minutes I walked right up to her office and knocked and she looked so annoyed, but I mean it’s an open office and I was looking for help I said “sorry you’re probably busy” and she then asked what I needed. I told her I was looking for three bedroom with plank flooring, she said all three bedrooms had plank flooring and that they where also running a month free special that the leasing agent would be able to tell me all about it once she was back from giving a tour. I decided to wait & so I met Moriah at first she was real

Came in to look at a new place with my cousin. We had a great tour with Moriah. She explained how the process works in great detail and was thorough in answering all of our questions. She gave a wonderful tour of the grounds and all of its amenities. The place itself was very clean and spacious. Great location. Overall a great experience.

I came in and worked with Moriah, and though I didn't get an apartment she was a GREAT help!!! Her manner of professionalism was absolutely wonderful and definitely not like most. She made the process an unforgettable one. And I'll definitely be back in a few months to get my apartment as long as Moriah sets it up for me

I have lived here for nearly a year and it has been great! My apartment is beautiful and quiet, nice appliances. I had a maintenance issue come up late at night and they had it resolved before I got home from work the next day. They kept me updated throughout the day as well. I am very happy here!
