⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Living at Avalon Woodland Hills has been an excellent experience from day one. The community is beautiful, modern, peaceful, and very well maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the organization and the people behind it. I especially want to highlight the Resident App, which is extremely convenient and easy to use. It makes everything simple—from managing payments and maintenance requests to staying informed and communicating with the staff. It truly enhances the overall living experience. A very special mention goes to Eduardo, who is without a doubt an exceptional part of the team. He is always incredibly helpful, respectful, and professional. Every time I’ve needed assistance, Eduardo has gone above and beyond with a positive attitude and genuine willingness to help. His ki
We moved here in the middle of the pandemic. Spent our last days in LA here. Had a wonderful time. The community was awesome and knew our cat Bob better than us. Whenever a black cat was found someone would inevitably knock on our door to ensure Bob was ok. Parking was never an issue. Maintenance was awesome for us. I've lived in a lot of places in my 53 years in LA, and the Avalon was one of the best. Although I don't like the reduction of staff on the property (a sign of the times), they went the extra mile to accommodate us. It was a pleasurable experience. Thanks Avalon.
I’ve lived in many places, and this has by far been the worst experience. The issues here aren’t small inconveniences, they’re serious safety and management failures. The interior doors are unsafe and cannot be locked. There is no way to manually lock the building doors from the inside. No key, no latch, nothing. You simply pull the handle and it opens. Even my dog could pull it open and walk out. And because management ignored this issue, my dog got out, ran outside, and was hit by a car. I had to spend thousands on emergency care and take time off work to take care of him. This was completely preventable if the building had basic, functional locks. • Packages constantly go missing. If your package is not placed directly into the Amazon Hub, consider it stolen. Residents constantly repo
Juan Franco is part of the maintenance team at Avalon in Woodland Hills. He has been an immense blessing for me and my husband for 12 years living here at AVALON. We always can depend on Juan doing his job right the first time without any problems whatsoever! Very reliable, consistent, hardworking, caring and considered! If you are considering living here at Avalon Woodland Hills. You won’t regret requesting him for your maintenance need's.
Avoid Avalon Woodland Hills! This place is an absolute scam and a nightmare! Please, take a look at the negative reviews--they're all true! This has been our worst living experience ever, to the point that I can hardly believe it's real. The background checks are poorly done; many tenants seem to have extremely low credit scores and no understanding of how to live in a community. People walk their dogs inside community, leaving messes everywhere with dog poop and urine stains, which creates a terrible smell. Marijuana is smoked throughout the building--in the elevators, on the patios, in the parking garage, and in shared amenities (all of which violate Avalon's policies, but more on that later). Loud music plays well after quiet hours, and charcoal grills are used on patios, which is aga
