Dec 2025 I would not recommend this community based on my recent experience I was approved on September 9 for a two-bedroom, one-bath townhome at $1,400/month and paid a $250 deposit. I prepared for my December 13 move-in, including setting up the resident portal and arranging my move-out from my current apartment of four years. Just days before my scheduled move, management informed me that the unit had water damage and was no longer available. Instead of honoring the original agreement, they offered me a different unit at $300 more per month, plus higher move-in fees. When I proposed a fair counteroffer, they declined. This apartment complex is horrible! From the staff, property manager, and actual units. I was never a resident here I applied for a 1 bedroom with loft around November. When I was talking to the people in the office about this particular apartment they said they didn’t have a demo for me to go look at because it was getting renovated they then went ahead and showed me pictures on the computer of how it was going to look like. (Very nice and renovated) I wanted the apt so I went ahead and applied, got accepted within 2 days so I paid the $250 deposit to secure it and get a move in date. I’ve had no air for the entire summer of 2025 and now I have no heat my apartment is 30°. They’ve come twice and my heat is still not working, like I said I had no air all summer so no my experience was not great at all. On top of that both toilets keep flooding the bathrooms and hallways and STILL no one has even come to see why… Maintenance guys are great. They try hard but clearly something else needs to be done. I recently toured the apartment complex and was really impressed. The property is clean, well-kept, and has a welcoming feel overall. The pool area looked great, and the apartments themselves were spacious and modern — definitely stood out compared to other places I’ve seen. Soraya, the leasing agent, was awesome throughout the whole tour. She was professional, kind, and really took the time to answer every question without rushing anything. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. Her positive attitude made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
