I’ve been staying in this community for a little over two years, and I’ve really enjoyed it. The atmosphere here is calm and welcoming, and the neighbors are pretty friendly. The apartments are comfortable, and the rent is definitely one of the most affordable compared to other places around. Another big plus is the location—it’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other essentials, which makes day-to-day life a lot easier. Overall, it’s a good mix of comfort, convenience, and affordability.

The apartment was filthy, with broken kitchen drawers, cupboard doors, and raised wooden floors. The smell of humidity was overwhelming. The manager, Serra, was unresponsive and unhelpful. We were forced to extend our motel stay, costing us even more money. They treated us like we were disposable, not even acknowledging our concerns. We felt like we were living in a dumpster. Update:- Adding beautiful Swimming pool. The play area is much worse that these. I recently had the misfortune of renting an apartment in this complex, and I cannot express my disappointment enough. From the very beginning, it was clear that this place was not what it claimed to be. Let me start with the maintenance, which is absolutely abysmal. It takes countless calls and multiple trips to get even the simplest issue fixed. They lack basic professionalism and seem completely indifferent to the residents' concerns. I've encountered several problems with my apartment since moving in, and it has been a nightmare trying to get them addressed. The rent is pretty affordable compared to other apartments nearby, which makes it even better. The location is also super convenient since most of the stores and places I need are just a short walk or drive away.

The most disgraceful apartment management team I've ever faced in my life. The mailbox of my apartment (and many others) has been broken into TWICE in the last 6 months, with absolutely no action from the team. No measures have been taken during the first time, and when it happened again, it only showed us how incompetent the management is. Don't trust any of the recent 5 star reviews. They conduct giveaways for people who give these type of overly positive reviews. Talk to the people who have been living here for a while, and you hear all negative experiences. I am going to vacate soon as it's not worth the stress and trouble dealing with these types of issues all the time, and fighting with the management to get them to do their job. Absolutely do NOT recommend this place.
