Autumn Woods

If I could do no stars, I would. Any management requests take forever. Management never gets back to you. They don’t talk about things unless when they need something. The apartments are cheap, and look nice. But they aren’t. My oven broke, my fridge stopped working spoiling ALL of my food. And my A/C broke as well. I lived in the Autumn Woods building for two years. Then upon leaving, and giving my 60 day notice, they proceeded to rent the apartment out underneath me, making me in a spot where I had to ask friends to move my stuff out of the place within 48 hours for them to be able to clean and get it ready for the next person. When receiving my “deposit” back, they charged me $400 FOR CEILING LED LIGHTS!! That I in-fact did not take down, nor did my friends because I had 48 hours and co

I paid 500 in damage deposit, live there for a year . I cleaned everything in the apartment when I moved out. I took pictures for proof. When I received my deposit back I received $95.. dollars back from $500. What joke

Great prices, but I have been here 3 years now and still don't have screens on my windows. There was a water leak in the apartment above me, so there is damage to my ceiling that also hasn't been repaired. The list goes on, but all utilities included at a what to be expected price.

Having been in these apartments I can say they're much better than Pheasants Ridge which is just down the road. While both are decent the interior quality is just better here. If you're looking for some apts out of the way but close to town this is a good place.

Management won't let my girlfriend and registered and notarized support animal visit. Been fighting with them for months and they won't budge.
