I contacted Tanner to look at a property for my cannabis microbusiness. I told him what I was looking for and needed in a lease. I gave him an outline of my business plan, and ideas for the space. He offered me the most generic lease, with absolutely nothing in it for me. Then didn't bother to show me any other properties. I sought other representation and inquired on the property again. I was then informed that I was being outbid by a company for the same use and exact same business plan... Mere coincidence, I don't think so. Tanner in his company are dirty and shady. I do NOY recommend using them.
