Mississippi View Apartments

This place sucks now. Everyone smoking everywhere. Floors are paper thin, kids jumping around upstairs all day while I'm trying to WFH. Management is non existant, you're car gets towed even though they require vehicle information when you sign the lease. Want a friend to stay the night, you gotta get a guest pass, guess what nobody is ever in the office. Terrible.

OH BOY. this place is AMAZING. Love the look and feel of the place. Staff has always been wonderful and very kind. Burgers are a little high on price, but the portions match and taste better! I love going, even by myself and even had a date here! I can honestly say daddyo's is my #1 favorite restaurant. Will be back again, hopefully soon!

Keeshan is very nice and apartments are spacious. Nice area to be away from all the commotion but very close to the city. Love Sauk Rapids town itself. Management however here is absolutely terrible. Not very reliable, is not on top of his stuff, and kind of rude.

Seemed to be kind, respectable people around the buildings, the pool looked clean, and seems pretty quiet.

The owner of the building is a very nice guy and has a big heart!
