Autumn Winds Apartments

Out of all the places I have lived this is by far the worst management I have ever dealt with. First, during my last semester I had to leave early due to my grandfather dying. I told them I wouldn’t be at cleaning checks and they told me that would be fine. However, they still fined me a large amount for it and claiming I had failed the cleaning check but never telling me how I did so, and took all of my security deposit. Second, about 3 years later they said I still owed them money and were going to send me to collections if I didn’t pay. I tried calling and no one picked up so I sent them an email. When they finally called back they told me that if I sent them the money that day they would not send me to collections so I did. However, the bill still got to sent to collections. I had to c

The pictures over sell the units. They are definitely college apartments, but the website made them seem much nicer than they actually are. It’s hard to get maintenance to take care of issues. NO AIR CONDITIONING. They don’t tell you that on the website. It is very close to campus and clean for the age of the unit. I wouldn’t tell people not to live there, just be aware of what you are signing for.

Heather is so genuine and always willing to help! She is a great manager and Jarom is such a great maintenance guy! They are always ready to help and if there is an issue that needs solved they are quick to fix!

Jerom from maintenance and Heather the manager are honestly what make this place amazing. Heather is super on top of everything, she’s friendly, easy to talk to, and really cares about the residents. You can always trust a fair clean check and quick response for contract matters. Apartments are a bit pricey but with the quality of management, it's worth it.
