Autumn Run Apartments

I wouldn't listen to anything that is under a 5 star review. The office workers are hands down the best I have ever seen when it comes to apartments or houses. It's a great place where you can get back up on your feet and really progress your life. Maintenence responds same day, every time you call. And if you ever have any complaints, the office is quick to respond everytime. I highly recommend living here, absolutely the best complex I've ever lived in.

I've been renting from Autumn Run for about 7 months. I feel that you get a very average place with nice, but mediocre ammentities. The people that work the front office are very friendly, but the complex itself is corporately owned and subject to sometimes ridiculous policy. Most days, Autumn Run is average enough that I wouldn't bother writing a review. Today, corporate established a water conservation policy that leaves the apartments with very lack luster water pressure. It took about 10-15 minutes to fill my bathroom sink. Although livable, you won't find much here commendable besides the office workers and maintenance. Kitchen counter area is limited, pets are confined to 20 pounds, walls are thin. Insulation is poor (my wall AC unit seeps cold air in during winter), parking is limit

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a full tour of the facility and then showed us the apartments the next day. They served us in a very timely manner and explained the application process very clearly. I would recommend stopping by and looking at their complex. All the amenities make it a very attractive place to live.

Worst place I have ever rented. Overpriced. The wind literally blows through the windows. The horrible venting allows you to hear every time your neighbor takes a piss and conversations. The poor insulation result in high utility bills all year. There are a lot of unattended children screaming outside all the time and leave toys everywhere. Only 1 parking spot per apartment is very inconvenient. I was constantly harassed by downstairs neighbor for a year but management only cares about money. Run far away from this place or you will count down each day until your lease ends.

Reading these reviews, and all I can see are bad ones. I lived in one of the 2 bedroom apartments for 4 years. from about June 2011 to September 2015. During my entire time in these apartments, the only things bad I have to say is that the insulation isn't good (aka the winters are god awful) and it is very easy to hear your neighbors. But all the times I got locked out of my apartment, the managers or whoever was in the office was quick to help me and let me borrow a key to get inside. Whenever something broke, they would get someone out to fix the problem that same day. Sure they aren't the best apartments in Great Falls, but in all honesty, I would move back in if I still lived in town.
