Audubon Pointe

I wish I could give Audobon Pointe zero stars and the only reason they have above 4 stars is because they give money off rent for people to write good reviews. I had the worst time living at audobon pointe and will state the reasons below: - we had a cockroach infestation that the apartment did nothing about! We called and messaged every day and it took THREE weeks to get an exterminator! The bugs didn’t go away and the apartment management didn’t care at all. - we had multiple packages ripped open in the entry way and stolen! Reported every single time to management and they said there was nothing they could do. Our front door was even shattered and it took a month to fix it. - we had to submit a maintenance report at least once monthly for so many different things, such as; Our shower fa

I have been a resident for only a month and the staff has been amazing, and welcoming. I found this location back in December and the relationship has been great since. The property is beautiful, neighbors are nice and not to mention the location is not too far from grocery stores and fast food restaurants. I love it here. - Larry Gregory

DO NOT RENT HERE! My fiancé rents here and the recent reviews are extremely misleading. For the price you're paying, you should not have to deal with a group of shady foreigner men walking around like they own the place. This place was clean and trash free until they showed up and throw their cigarette butts everywhere and you watch them empty trash from their cars onto the road and drive away. People can't even walk their dog without worrying about eating toxic debris! There are multiple men but only few names on the leases, not to mention running an illegal LLC out of their rental. The walls are also paper thin so expect to also smell cigarettes in the units too, and when they smoke on the balcony, they ash onto the other units below with no regard. They combined have at least 10 cars an

Apartments are nice but walls are SUPER THIN! Of all the places I have lived, these are the thinnest. To some extent, you expect it with apartment living but here it takes that meaning to a whole other level. I can hear my neighbors as if they are in my room when I go to sleep. Also, you can hear neighbors walking upstairs if you are a lower level apartment. Roadside traffic noises as well. Overall, my experience so far has been okay with the exception of how thin the walls are.
