If you love centipedes, ants and roaches, black mold, and falling mysteriously ill and experiencing breathing problems, this is the apartment for you! Over the course of a year, I became a professional centipede catcher, averaging about 3 PER NIGHT in the final months of my lease. I also felt pretty lethargic and sluggish those final months, and I never connected the dots until I moved out and I was magically cured. I should have backed out of the lease at the very beginning when the red flags began to appear. The leasing office had informed me that there would be a washer/dryer in my unit. Lo and behold, there was not. They installed one, but neglected to connect a few pipes or something, so the water was practically boiling. DO NOT rent here!! Constant noise, and roaches EVERYWHERE. 1 star is generous for this place. Save yourself the absolute misery it is to live here. Tenants are extremely LOUD and inconsiderate. People are constantly blasting music all night long and early in the morning. Even with earplugs in you can hear it, and the bass literally shakes the walls which are paper-thin. Families of 10 jam themselves into 2 bedroom apartments above you and sound like they’re gonna break through the ceiling. All you hear is screaming, crying, running and stomping for HOURS on end. You will never once sleep through the night peacefully. We’ve submitted complaint after complaint and nothing was ever fixed. 🚨 AVOID AT ALL COSTS | ROACHES 🚨 Terrible experience renting from this company. Long story short their management is irresponsible, and they subject their tenants to poor conditions. The pros of living here: -It had a roof to live under -Maintenance staff was professional and friendly Everything that went wrong: -We were notified only a FEW HOURS before getting our keys to move in, that there was a "problem" with the unit and our move in date would be pushed back at least week. (Were supposed to move in May 5 and didn't get in until May 17) -It wasn't until a few days later and multiple phone calls of asking what the problem was until they revealed that our unit had a roach infestation. -Once we finally moved in there was still plenty of roaches everywhere, they could be found all over

Terrible Management and Poor Overall Conditions Unfortunately, living in this residential complex has been a disappointment. The management is inefficient and unresponsive to residents’ concerns. The common areas are in poor condition, with inadequate maintenance that makes everything look neglected. Additionally, there is a cockroach infestation that has not been controlled despite multiple complaints, making cleanliness and hygiene a constant issue. The parking situation is another headache. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quality of life. A change in management or better oversight is urgently needed to fix all these issues.

I'd give this a 2.5 if it were an option instead. This was my first time living on my own and it was a mixed bag. I thought the 2 bedroom unit was open and had solid space for me and my brother. Didn't have too many issues in the unit, I personally didn't have a million roaches over my 2 years, but didn't start noticing them until the last few months living here, but still not consistent enough for me to truly stress about it. My complaints lie in the fact that the wall AC unit absolutely does not reach anywhere close to the bedrooms and the bedrooms will bake if the temp is anything over like 70 degrees. The opposite happens when it's cold, and there is zero insulation anywhere so whatever cool/hot air you manage to get from a fan or heater doesn't last more than a few minutes. Could this
