RETREAT AT WATERSIDE GREENVILLE SC. Happy to change my review if things change. With that said....Do not do it. This place is 100% a bait and switch. THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS. I CAN'T SEE OUT OF WINDOWS. Someone could be at my window and I would never know the hedges are so over grown. 15 plus feet in the air. As a single woman on the first floor i didn't want a patio, like it matters now. The hedges are so tall you can't see the windows. Pictures attached to review. You think it's okay to put my life in danger. You will have roaches in your unit there are huge gaps in the doors they don't care to fix. The hedges just breed and help with roaches and all the mice. If you care about your property, PLEASE don’t move to any place that’s managed by Audubon. They got over 50 damn properties, but Westley on the Beltline in Atlanta, GA is the worst of them all. I was only out there 3 nights visiting family and my damn car got broken into along with three other people’s cars. My rental was so messed up it couldn’t even be driven. The leasing office didn’t give a damn. They’re so used to this shit happening that they acted like it was normal. And don’t even get me started on the lies — they claim they got “armed security.” That man ain’t security for shit. When I made the police report, they even told the officer their cameras don’t work right. Like… what the hell? If you’re thinking about moving here, check the reviews and take them seriously. Move in one of the locations in Baton Rouge la. Big mistake I have ever made. No air for days and electricity go on and off. No working stove or microwave. Have buy fast food to feed my family. My children are sleeping in heat. And sad part of it all I have only been here for a shot time and the office staff don’t either answer the phone or lie to you when they do answer after hours of trying. These are some of the rudeness and unprofessional people I have dealt with.

Never return phone calls, no way of contacting anyone onsite, never see anyone in office . I am a senior citizen (Shirley H ) and it’s frustrating to not be able to communicate with. someone. there were add’l fees added to my acct - after renewal and this was not corrected until the following month - meaning i had to pay an add”l $350 plus Rent new fee - which resulted in an overpay . No apologies , i did not appreciate that bc it should have been corrected sooner i was on vacation . i have resided on one of their properties close to 5 years , i felt safe , prior Management was not perfect but they were available they also provided the residents with meaningful events - pool party, chic fil a, halloween parties , winery tasting - now a days there is 0 events . What happened? i’m just not
