Words are not adequate to express my praise for Frank and Audrey Serio, who helped us sell my sister’s home in Lewes last year when she became ill and could no longer afford the mortgage. They sold the home quickly at a higher price than we’d hoped for, and solved many complex obstacles along the way. We dealt mostly with Frank, who was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and hugely compassionate. Our family will always remember the Serio’s skill and kindness at a difficult time.

Frank, Audrey and team are tremendous. I have no idea why anyone would give them a low rating. Knowledgeable about all things real estate, especially in there area of Del MD beach, and just wonderful people. Highly recommend!!

Being an out of state Seller, it is important to have good communication skills with your agent and broker. This Team has failed in that regard. Once they received their commission checks, questions were not answered. I would use another Agency.
