They have trouble keeping a manager. I lived there app. 1 year, I am 72, I never used the oven they charged me 75 to clean it they also charged me 50 for paint touch up! My deposit was 300. I don't believe anyone leaves there without paying something! I do believe in karma. Renter beware. Residents are wonderful.
