I’m only giving five starts because I can’t give six. Managing broker Kim Pearce. Well, she was a name out of a hat from some .com real estate web site when we were interested in what became our home. Right from the start Kim took a personal interest. The house was a foreclosure, and the seller seemed determined to make the deal as painful and stressful as they could manage, but Kim was right there with us every step until the thing was done. Look, my mom was a managing broker for a large local real estate firm in Little Rock back in the ‘80s and ‘90s, so my bar is pretty high. I will not hesitate to tell you that if you need to sell or buy a house in central Arkansas, you won’t do much better than Kim Pearce. Best of the best!,
