Village Square of Cabot

I've lived here for two years. It's the perfect size. I'm in a two bedroom and it really has been great. I was so worried about noise and neighbors as well as how clean it might be. I didn't have to. They have a wonderful management team that works hard every day and a great system of reporting issues. They also don't bug you every day. I'm so glad I chose this place. It's close to everything. Stores and schools etc. love it here.

So far very well impressed with the apartment fast easy and communicative fairly easy application friendly staff and management. Parking is the only downside more spaces would definitely be beneficial.

I would give 5 stars but since Haley residential took over the rent increased tremendously (I can rent a home at this price) and being a single parent this is not affordable living. My water bill continues to go up and I now pay double the amount people in their own homes pay, which many apartments the water is included. Parking is horrible. The playground is run down. The maintenance team is awesome and fast. The managers of the office are friendly. However, I wish RPM had this place back because they understand the affordable living. I understand the cost of living is going up but apartment living should be cheaper than renting a home.

We have lived at Village Square Apartments for over 4 years and have loved it! My kids look forward to using the pool every summer. The pool is kept clean and the maintenance staff go above and beyond with repairs, filter replacement and pest control. It is a dog friendly community. All tenants keep a watchful eye out for all the kiddos in the community. The front office staff is especially great at working with each tenant on an individual and unique basis. We would highly recommend Village Square Apartments to our friends and family.

I’ve been here for 2 months now, and this is one of nicest apartments for a very reasonable price. The managers are nice and you don’t hear your neighbors. They have really taken care of their property. If something breaks, the maintenance guy fixes it right away. Keep up the great work!
