Atwood Hollywood Apartments

I’ve lived at Atwood Hollywood for over 4 years now, and I genuinely loved it here. From day one, Tracy made us feel welcome and has always been incredibly responsive and extra helpful (extra extra). My apartment was spacious, with lots of natural light that made it feel like a home in Hollywood. One of my favorite aspects of living here was the amenities. I often spend my time working out at the well-equipped gym l. The community spaces, like the rooftop terrace and lounge areas, are perfect for relaxing or entertaining friends (fireplace for warmth in winter). Cool people in the neighborhood. The location is another big plus. It’s so convenient to have shops, restaurants, and Hollywood Palladium 🙏. Just a short walk away. I love being able to step out and have everything I need within

Atwood Reviews I don’t usually write these but honestly my experience here has been amazing. The building manager, Tracy, is simply a wonderful human being. She is extremely diligent in making sure all of the tenants feel at home, welcome, happy & safe. She is very friendly and has made my stay here more than amazing! The apartment itself is modern, spacious and the perfect for combination of luxury + comfort. I have a beautiful patio where I can still be in my home, but enjoy the sun and breeze while I work. It’s nice that although the apartment is right off of Sunset and very close to everything, it’s on a very quiet street. I love having breakfast on my patio and seeing all of my friendly neighbors walk by! Great sense of community. Overall 5 stars!!!!

Tracy is the best land lord ever. BUT, the corporate office has refused to give me my itemized statement of deduction. Its been 5 months since I left and they still won't respond. If you're going to sign a lease with this company get a lawyer. UPDATE: Lewis is zero help and the corporate office kept $900 from my deposit. DO NOT move here you’re better off anywhere else.

I am staying at Atwood apartment, Tracy and Lewis are very nice. They are always ready for help. I like the place and location. Everything is clean, beautiful and awesome. I recommend this apartment anyone who wants to live in a gorgeous modernized place.

Great staff and definitely would recommend anyone looking to stay at a good location in Hollywood.
