Atrium

This was my first time living in an apartment after moving out from the dorms. The management team provided me with a wonderful experience. The layout of the apartment has a modern feel to it, while also being both functional and spacious. There are also lot's of amenities that have enhanced my experience including a high quality gym and a rooftop deck. The location is convenient as both the campus and grocery stores are quite close. There is also little outside noise, making the Atrium a very desirable location. Management has been very friendly, helpful, and responds in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the Atrium to anyone looking for an apartment close to UCLA.

Absolutely loved living in Atrium! The management is amazing and so accommodating of all needs and requests. The living space is large, open, and homey, as well as the bedrooms. All of the appliances were effective and in good shape. We also loved using the gym and roof amenities!

Lived in Atrium for a year after moving out from the dorms. The building is in a great location, about a 15 minute walk from south campus. It's also about a 15 minute walk to Trader Joes and Target in Westwood. The inside is new and fairly spacious: we have a 2Bed 2Bath and it fits 5 roommates comfortably. The water and electricity function well, and if they don't, they have a maintenance man always on the property who can take care of it within the day or the next day. They have a rooftop space: at the beginning of the quarter students will host parties on the roof. Our room generally doesn't get any sound from the parties though. Lived here for a year and it was great. Oscar is super nice and helped us a lot when we moved in and out. Great apartment for ucla students.
