Atlántico at Palm Aire

Atlantico at Palm Aire has been a delight these past few months. I had signed a lease in November and have truly loved my stay so far. The leasing office is super helpful to resolve all conflicts or any troubles you might face. Specifically, Indra has been such an amazing help! The neighborhood is friendly and quiet and there is always plenty going on like wine Wednesday, food trucks, and other events. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

Living in this complex so far has been nothing short of amazing, I moved in about 3 months ago. Iwona did the tour with me and Trish was able to help with the approval process. The apartments are well maintained, rules are enforced while still being laid back, neighbors are friendly, and the amenities are always clean and operating smoothly. Maintenance is very helpful and I’m very glad I chose to live here over other places I toured in the Pompano area.

Indra & Robert are great, always super helpful with my inquiries. It comes natural for them on actually caring for the community. They actually hear you out and have an honest conversation with the community. The amenities of the complex are fantastic from having a pool to business areas where you can either work on your own laptop or the ones that they offer. Having a Gym at the complex its a plus even more when is 24/7. Last but not least activities that the team brings for the community its awesome to connect with your neighbors.

Single parents run from here. Anywhere is better. First, this place is right next to collier city and this area has the highest crime rate in the city. This place shows nice as a facade but once they take your $10000 to move in you realize the truth. The pool area has broken tvs, groups of young adults play vulgar rap music and smoke weed leaving the area with all their garbage. The security gate is always broken and this goes on for weeks. There’s only one patch of grass in the whole complex and even though there are bags, lazy people just leave the dog poop. I lived here almost 2 years and 3 weeks ago I received a call saying my neighbor didn’t like my cigarette smoke. So to be courteous I went and bought a fan and incense because that’s how you try to live with people in a community,

My experience from Atlantico is Very Comfortable and Reliable. Nice & Quiet Community and I love the Inside Gym, The Pool is very relaxing and clean, The Lobby Provides Beverages, Food, Furniture, Tv & Computers, Events. I recommend this is an very good place to enjoy a lifetime
