In November I brought my Uncle in to take a look at an apartment for him and my Aunt. I initially met with Amya who showed us an apartment and informed me because I was a realtor that I would receive a referral fee. I gave her my business card and she stated she would put my information in the computer. The next time we came in Amya was not available We then were out with another agent whom seemed scattered and continued to add the list of items needed for the move in. Day after day yet another item really making things difficult as they are elderly and my Aunt is terminally ill. After a lot of frustration and leg work I was finally able to move them in. I had a need to update my life and move near my daughter in Ormond. Atlantica met my every need! No carpet. Any sound from other tenants is minimal, actually I hear nothing. The finishings are beautiful! I have more storage space than I ever imagined! Sheila Erazo made this change in my life effortlessly!! Everything worked out perfectly. The staff is phenomenal. When I moved in my dryer had a glitch and wouldn’t turn on. I called but didn’t call for an emergency because it was a weekend. Monday morning I got a call. The team showed up with apologies and told me, “ If it’s a need, it’s an emergency!”., my dryer was fixed in 15 minutes. Very Impressive!!
