Since they deleted my review: Do yourself a favor and never do business or rent from Adkins Real Estate. They are scam artist (will steal from you) and are not honest to say the least. I hope this helps someone before they get involved with these dishonest people. Landlord told me on the phone multiple times that I would get my deposit $785 back. He actually promised me and said, word for word, “don’t worry your are definitely getting your deposit back, don’t worry man I wouldn’t lie to you”. When he wouldn’t return my deposit (not $1 worth of it), he lied and said “I never said that”. He’s literally just a lying and dishonest person. Not a good place to rent from. Does not fix any problem you might have. Won't give deposit back after paying rent on time for 3 years or longer.

Nice and friendly company, as my land lords, straight people, quick response, always keep me happy when we need them to attend or to fix some thing at my appt.

Great land lords. Get things fixed quickly, and make the area feel safe at night with all the lights and cameras.

Horribly ran place. Don't fix anything. I had to put in my own dishwasher etc...
