This is a great company! I sent a message about a messed up dishwasher and sink. They had a maintenance man come out the next day. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my sink but had to replace my dishwasher. He apologized they couldn’t do it until the next day. He showed up the next morning. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been wonderful!

I just wanna take the time to brag on this maintenance guy name Joel , that you all sent to work on things from my self inspection he is amazing and very friendly and gets the job done this gentleman is knowledgeable and he is understanding when it comes to my little dog barking because he is a stranger I really appreciate his professionalism and thank you all for having such wonderful staff. I have lived in the property for over 7years and this type of kindness keeps me renewing every year. Thanks again 😄

The maintenance staff that has come to our place have been wonderful. They are knowledgable and complete any task in a friendly and professional manner. The communication with the office staff has also been very polite, helpful, and professional.

Athens Property Management is AWESOME! Everyone I have spoken with there with has been extremely friendly and helpful. APM really takes care of their properties, outside and in. They have been quick to respond to my questions and address issues. My expectations have been met and exceeded. It's nice to deal with a company who actually cares about the tennants.
