I’ve been here for almost a year and I was here when they just opened up. In the beginning, I was allowed to have more than 1 parking spot. They even asked me how many cars do i want to sign up for a parking spot. Then mid summer of 2023, they lowered the prices so a lot of people came in, and then the parking spots became a problem. There’s literally no spots for any cars that we are forced to park in the side, non parking spots. Instead of expanding their parking spaces, the managements solution is to tow people…. They towed 10+ cars last night. Ive seen them tow other cars. You cant have parties or invite friends because they wont have enough space to park and might get towed. They are not willing to reimburse us. They’ve towed me twice, each tow is $520. So they made me pay $1000 f

This property was renovated from a run-down hotel. However, despite my initial excitement and even signing up before the construction was finished, there were a couple of red flags from the attitude of the leasing office staff that made me worry even before moving in. On the first day, when I went to check the apartment, I was completely shocked and at a loss for words at its quality. It was supposed to be a brand new and 'luxury' unit, or at least I expected something far better than a run-down hotel. The quality was truly shocking, and I felt like I had been scammed. Apartment was newly renovated but had obvious water damage behind newly installed kitchen appliances that led to a huge leak in the kitchen. The windows did not have security screens or locks. The kitchen vent does not work which seems to be a common problem. The condensation around the windows cause mold so it seems like there is bad insulation. The dryer causes the smoke alarm to go off every time you use it. Could be the same issue the kitchen fan has. The parking is also terribly assigned and considerations for equal walking distance was not taken. bathroom towel racks were poorly installed and constantly have to be repairs (they look like they are there for display only). I've been here about a year now. It's okay. Parking is an issue. I left my car parked in the Fire Zone for 2 days, and it was eventually towed, legally my fault, but still, I've been a tenant here for a year now. The human thing to do would have been to notify me before towing my car. Getting a car out of impound is $765+ for parking in the fire zone (red painted curb). Edit: Oh.. Middle Eastern people bought the property. That explains the mass towing. Seems the property changes hands a lot.

Car was hit while parked, apartments admitted to not having functional camera except only in the office. Extremely terrible experience from the staff here, I would advise people to not move here unless you don’t mind you’re vehicle being at risk, garbage is always full and messy. Never any parking late at night.
