Absolutely do not move here apartments are roach infested and mold infested you will be sick. I was sick for months requested this issue to be fixed they refused. They hire contract that will lie and say no issues and they refuse to use any other company. There is a clause in the lease that ensures they are not held accountable for anything mold related. I moved out this apartment January turned in key and signed paper I have this recorded on meta glasses they still are processIng and eviction and changed my move out date to February to ensure it was after the eviction date that I was unaware of because I moved out a month prior and moved states now I have to get my own lawyer involved this company is scandalous please don’t ever move here

Probably the worst place I’ve ever lived, they’re trying to charge over $300 in damages which I don’t even see $300 in damages. Are we looking at the same pictures? This was the state of the apt at move out. When I initially moved in the place was not even up to par

Not only is there roaches, maintenance will enter your unit while your not home with no email or notice, the Bluetooth gym scanner is never accessible either so that’s some money out your pocket NOT going to good use. Oh and if it snows outside, good luck getting out they will not send plows. The office is very good at gaslighting you that they are fixing things, but that of course is a procrastination tactic for them not doing anything. Can’t wait to move out of here!

Not the best to move into ! Broke my lease with them due to roaches and mold everywhere. I currently had small children who stayed with me and was 9 months pregnant which was not safe for us at all , and since the roaches were so bad they were nesting in my brand new tv causing the tv to break and stuck on the cutting on and cutting off screen ! 0/10 recommend !

Update: He had to abruptly move out due to military orders and they had the audacity to not send his full deposit back when the apartment was FULL of mold and the carpets were filthy upon move in and reeked of smoke that he couldn't get rid of. My friend just moved in last month and it is so overpriced for what you get, I can’t believe it’s any more than $800 a month. There is a horrible smoke/mildew smell that will not leave the apartment. So many health code violations with the HVAC system. He has been sick on and off ever since he moved in here I’m assuming due to how absolutely filthy the furnace is - it needs to be professional cleaned or replaced all together. Vents are probably 10x worse. I’m sick every time I visit. Appliances are outdated, his fridge leaks and lights barely work
