Astoria Coast Inc Pro Property

Tried renting my home with Astoria Coast "Professional" Property Management for two years. My first tenants were dead-beat flakes who failed to pay their rent for the last 3 months, then left no forwarding address. When I returned to my house it was filthy. The tenants had also left lots of junk around the yard. It was obvious Cheryl had not even bothered to come by the house to check on the mess after the last tenants left.. Lights were left on, the door to my shop area left wide open and tools gone. etc. etc. Even trying to talk with this woman is impossible. The only thing I asked her to do was to get the locks changed after the dead-beats moved out. She said it was "too expensive". Hope you have better luck if you rent your home.
