Avoid!!! Harry Grass is a useless incompetent jerk. I should have sued him, especially after he sent my private correspondence to my tennant after I fired him. By the way, that tennant trashed my house. Harry Grass cost my family tens of thousands of dollars as we were caring for my Mom (property owner) in the late stages of dementia.

I will definitely never use this company or apply for a rental through this company again. Harry Grass was a scheming, Manipulative, liar! He took our money and never replied or answered his phone after he received the application fees from my wife and I. He took advantage of us. We put our application in over a month ago and today I get an email stating he is denying us due to us having a dog. Which is a certified service dog with documentation to prove it. He broke state and federal fair housing laws. So, I emailed back and told him he was breaking laws of the fair housing act. Then he fired back saying that our credit was not favorable and then broke down my credit report. But, the fact of the matter is all the information he provided about my credit was inaccurate and fudged by him so

I wish I could give negative stars. I tried to take these reviews with a grain of salt because I realize that normally people only leave reviews when they complain, but I should have listened. Harry, the property manager, is arrogant, condescending, rude, and he tries to pretend like he's a lawyer to scare you. I have rented many times before and I know the laws and tenants' rights. Just look at his replies to people that have left negative reviews. That should give you an idea of his rudeness and arrogance. He's difficult to work with and impossible to get ahold of. Originally he quoted me $1,100 per month, but I have a doctor's note for my animals so landlords aren't allowed to charge pet rent or a pet deposit. This company is a scam. Harry convinced me and my husband we had no reason to be denied a rental before applying (because I asked before paying any screening fee with full transparency of our situation) as we were moving from Idaho and needed all to work out smoothly in our transition. He was very convincing and nice, until after I sent this company our 100$ screening fee. Afterwords, he ignored all of mine and my husbands calls for weeks. Luckily, we cut our losses quickly and was approved by a wonderful property manager that kept in contact throughout the whole process and made everything work out beautifully.
