Community Property Management

Have been living in the same house we rented through this company since 7/2022. Property is nice, what I signed up for, no concerns. My issue is that whenever I need some “property management” to happen … nothing happens. Submitted for lawn care on 5/12/25 because my lawn was to my knees. Still nothing has been done and it’s 6/7/25. I’m wading through grass up to my mid thigh now and hoping my neighbors somehow know that I am renting because this is embarrassing. They said I’m on a wait list for lawn care (as if we had no idea grass would be grown high in early June). Have had old clay pipes back up in the rainy winter months and sewage overflow into my basement 3 times. When I asked for sanitation maintenance came around with a spray bottle of bleach - that’s it, to remedy. Would assume

Best rental company I've ever rented from!! We lived in one of their houses for three years and I don't have one complaint! They were very speedy when ever we needed something, like maintenance. I miss our home (we moved out of state) very much! The property was well maintained and beautiful! When we moved out LJ was very accommodating and made it seem easy. We received our deposit back with no issues. If I ever return to this area Easom would, without a doubt, be my first and only choice for a home! Thank you, Easom for being everything a rental company should be!!

One of the worst management companies I've dealt with. They messed up on our leases twice. Read all your paperwork. Save all your interactions. Will frequently go back on their word. We had a nightmare situation dealing with them when mold was found in our apartment. We lost all of our belongings . We were bounced around to multiple hotels and vacant units. They were increasingly hard to get ahold of and rude when dealing with them. They are very selective on what they respond to. Turn over within the company is high. overall a terrible company who don't seem to be interested in creating homes for their tenants. very much part of the reason why were leaving the area. terrible treatment of us and the other tenants that were in our unit. When I inquired about a property in Oregon, I was asked to fill out a form with an extraordinary amount of personal information including credit card number and all corresponding details in case I damaged the property while simply viewing it, as well as a photo of my drivers license. So that you could steal my identity? I didn’t even ask to view it, I asked questions around timing of availability. Clearly a phishing scheme.
