Aster House

Been here for about three years. It’s a great place to stay. The office staff is amazing. Maintenance is amazing. The cleaning crew is amazing. Only thing that would make it not amazing would be some of the tenants, but that’s expected in a huge complex. Office staff does a great job at maintaining order in this building!

Living at Aster House has been nothing short of incredible. From the moment I moved in, I knew I had found more than just an apartment – I had found a home. The building is beautifully maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Every detail reflects thoughtfulness and care, from the quiet, peaceful atmosphere to the beautifully landscaped grounds. But what truly sets Aster House apart is the people – especially Mandy, our apartment manager. Mandy is, without a doubt, the heart and soul of this community. Her dedication, warmth, and professionalism are unmatched. She goes above and beyond for residents every single day, whether it's resolving issues quickly, keeping everyone informed, or simply greeting you with a genuine smile that makes your day

Edit 12/5: guest parking was full, my guest parked in the next closest spot to guest parking that was open. They towed his car, even though there is no on street parking available, or literally anywhere else to park. This is the second time my guests car has been towed. Edit 11/11: they towed my spouses car from the parking lot at 11:30 at night, when he went out and saw his car was gone a little after midnight, he was tossing woodchips at my windows to be let back in the building. Aster House gave me a lease violation for him trying to wake me up to get back in the building. ***edit 11/2: They incorrectly charged me...AGAIN. They double charged me for something I was already charged for and paid last month. The website you make your payments on does not allow to make *partial* payments,

I really enjoy living at Asterhouse, the apartments are built well and the leasing manager Mandy takes really great care of the complex. She’s great at her job, she keeps the place clean and safe which is very important to me since living alone as a single female. She knows all the tenants and is always friendly. Mandy makes sure the packages are delivered to the mail room so they are safely waiting for the tenants which is a big relief. Maintenance shows up to help quickly and always get the job done. I definitely recommend aster house as your next home.

This building is a scam. They do not provide enough guest parking for residents who want friends and loved ones to visit. There is no additional parking ANYWHERE. No street parking, can’t park at the businesses next door. Then when guest parking is full, they will tow your car and laugh at you. The tow company isn’t open 24 hours, so they force you to pay more to get your car out because they charge by the hour. Scammers written all over it!
