Associa Gulf Coast

We are here year round and the pool is great! Very clean deck and chairs. People enjoy the umbrellas. We sometimes have lunch under thr fans and that feels great.The restrooms are always stocked as well.

Both Latrevia and Jaletha have been invaluable in getting things done in the Associa Gulf Coast office. Thank you for all your service and positive attitudes. It means a lot to our vendors, communities and boards.

We own a house in Portico, and Associa Gulf Coast manages HOA. We made an overpayment by mistake more than a year ago and still haven't been reimbursed. We've opened several tickets and spoken with a representative, but nothing is progressing. They sent a check to the wrong address twice, and it shows in our account that we've been paid. Very poor account management.

I have been trying to reach them at the HOA for approvals and no one ever call me back. Everyone I have talked to has had the same issues. Ignoring the residents is not good and only asking for good review is bad for business. I did not by a house and try to follow the rules and to be Totally ignored by the current association. If you don’t want to talk to the people that pay the fee’s then there needs to be change.!!

I have been trying to get everything for my aunts estate taken care of. Although the CAM for my community was not available, her supervisor came out to assist us. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable, she was able to get everything taken care of by the next morning. Wonderful customer service! I cannot thank her enough for the assistance.
