Christina Lostutter has been wonderful to work with. She’s friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful in walking us through the ARC process as we prepare to move into the community. :UPDATE:Associa Arizona HOA has taken it upon themselves to sell homeowners private information for unsolicited emails and junkmail. I had to label communication from the HOA as spam! I don't have reciepts of a sale but you don't just give this type of information away for free. I've used the word "Lawsuit" so many times, maybe it's time for a class action lawsuit. Better yet, homeowners should meet and and talk about Associa Arizona then file every lawsuit separately. Associa would have to address each and every suit separately. I'm fed up. I've got attorneys on retainer at all time anyway, I might as well put them to work. There continues to be a problem with Associa Arizona HOA for Sonoran Heights ll, located on the east side of Tucson, with enforcement of "Landscaping and Front yard

This issue is happening in the Sunset Ridge complex. The HOA continues to put parking violations on my car, despite having paid and displaying the permit to park in the guest parking space. The residue from the violation sticker is extremely hard to remove. I paid with a cashiers check for guest parking and received a permit, Despite having the permit, I am left with parking violations and note stating that there will be a $250 charge to tow my car. I feel that this community has been targeting me specifically. I have called left messages and sent emails regarding this issue. This has been very unfair and unprofessional and I completely understand why there is so much frustration when it comes to HOA.

As a real estate agent, it has been a pleasure working with John Cousins at Associa. When I have had listings in the neighborhood he manages, he answers my emails almost immediately. He has shared neighborhood amenities photos with me and provided fantastic info which enhances my listings' "sellabilty." There are only a handful of HOA managers who have been as friendly, professional, and helpful as John and his team, and I truly appreciate it. A great team of professionals 100%!
