I believe it was a gentleman with the last name Hernandez was just awful about returning calls and giving information and then when A friend of mine made the call from their phone he picked up the phone at which time I had to speak to him and and he was very rude. And this occurred after I was put through hoops of going to their site filling out their application paying their fee And later producing all requested documents. Haven't seen a refund of fee and certainly haven't gotten the apartment Total waste of time.

I am very ĥappy with the customer service of William Hernandez Mangement of Apartments at 850 S. Catalina Street.
