Such an incredible spot. Brand new, the staff are wonderful and compassionate (shout out to Nicole who is knowledgeable and cares about their tenants). Where much of the Bay Area has 7-10 year wait lists for housing for 62+, this brand new spot is safe, new, well thought out, centrally located to many things. It even has a dog washing station! Brand new appliances, a gym, wide hallways, a garden. It gives me so much peace of mind to know my parents are living here, and they are SO happy, too. Thank you :)

Absolutely enjoy living here. New buildings have their ‘break-in’ period of 6 to 12 months… we’ve experienced some glitches but the peaceful living environment out weighs the new building bumps. The staff here are amazing!!! Shout out to our amazing Nicole as Site Mgr. and Maintenance's Sup. Divonte, plus the sweetest cleaning crew are very special. It’s not an easy profession to work with and elders, it takes a certain warmth and strong personality to be compassionate and understanding at the same time. This is a peaceful and safe place to call home, thank you!

I absolutely adore my new apartment! I have a one bedroom and it suits me just fine. The staff are super helpful and the community amenities are awesome especially the professional doggie wash room, community center and patio! I'm looking forward to summer time to entertain and just hang out. Another great feature is the garage (free and unassigned parking) for the residents. The owners really put a lot of thought into making this community as comfortable as possible for the residents...we have a community garden and everyone is so nice and friendly. We are very close to shopping. The neighborhood Walmart, CVS, Alcosta vape and Lucky's are within walking distance and 7/11 is right across the street. I watched this building being constructed and I am so grateful that I applied and was able
