From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly, with clear communication and genuine care for their clients. The property and community are beautifully maintained, reflecting their dedication to quality. I highly recommend Aspen Woods to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming real estate community!

Poor maintenance response, buildings are falling apart, they still haven’t addressed the mold in the wall of my laundry closet or the disintegrating drywall from the years of leaks. Management also has no relationship with residents. Hard to get ahold of the right person to address concerns. Neighborhood is pretty good, however, and conveniently located. I haven’t had issues with others in my building, either. Edit, 3 months later: Despite a quick response to this review from management, minimal action has actually been done. After discussion about mold concerns, it still took about 2 weeks to do any repairs. Those repairs were simply applying Kilz to the affected surfaces. All additional maintenance requests have been closed without completing, and there is no way to reopen the requests.

Pass, High rent for nothing more than convenience to highway and shopping. Apartment is small, maintenance issues not addressed, black mold a problem. Appliances left in hallways(fire hazard) for months till they decide to install. Charges for regular wear and tear are astronomical.

The community is better than the others available around within the same rental price range. The apartments are decent and spacious. The service is prompt. Although, they have not been able to figure out a way to get rid of cigarette smell that is there in my bathroom.

These people are ruthless, shameless scammers. You are just $$ signs to them. Fantastic place to live if you enjoy enduring hot summers with no AC, cold winters with no gas or heat, and lazy servicemen who do not fix anything or salt the driveways. Also be prepared to pay dearly in flesh and blood for fees they make up and threaten to sue you over. I would rate lower if I could because this was an absolutely nasty and heartless place to live.
