Aspen Village Apartments

Please don’t listen to Darrel Dickson and Holly Dickson, the owners of this place. They will let the property fall apart before they even consider spending money to properly fix anything. When my heat was broken, a man named Pedro came to my apartment but didn’t actually fix the issue. It took someone else finally coming out before it was repaired. Management clearly plays favorites with tenants. My neighbor leaves dog waste on the grass and smokes in their apartment. I provided proof and still have it, but the office did nothing. I also know three friends whose apartments flooded, and nothing was properly done about it. I even overheard that the pipes in Apartment 3 are corroded and will flood again—it’s just a matter of when. They’ve had three plumbing teams come out, not one, not two,

Okay. First. I have a dog. A HUGE Cane Corso named Princess. The manager people love her. She goes swimming in the huge indoor pool (and they don't even know she peed there) also they're totally unobservant and let us get away with literally legit everything and I've raised 5 litters in my apartment and its awesome. The one blonde lady is really nice and she has a super cute fluffy dog. Oh! And the fix it guy's are great! Very prompt. But the ceiling caved in in my friends apartment in 4 building and that wasn't fun. Oh yeah! And there's zero AC but they let you have window units. AND there's a totally cool snake who lives in the big field by 6 and 7 (6 7 lol!!!!) And I feed him hot dogs! Buuuuut I busted my knee on your sidewalk so there's that.

this place has amazing rents for the price! I can't believe I get a two bedroom apartment with utilities paid for only $945 a month! That's a steal of a deal. Also pets are allowed and I can use an indoor pool anytime I want along with a pool table, ping-pong table and movie room. This is a great deal.

This place is awesome! I love the people and I love how it is right across the street from campus and it allows pets. This place is great. I love the indoor pool and the movie room and the ping-pong and pool tables! So great to live there.

Not worth the money you save. Very grimy. Plumbing is very outdated. Our kitchen sink frequently would not drain. At one point we had dirty water sitting in the kitchen sink for over 48hrs because we couldn't get maintenance to come out. We had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. Our shower would be ankle deep within minutes of use despite having maintenance come out on multiple occasions. At one point it got so bad I washed my hair in the bathroom sink. Pipes busted and the water in our building was shut off for 3 days. Management suggested the entire building go to the club house to shower. That's over 40 girls to one shower. The complex is very loud, despite most walls being cinder block you can hear everything from your neighbors talking next door to people using the outdoor stairs.
