Aspen Valley Apartments

Review of aspenvalleyslc.com advertisements. Overall assessment - RUN HEATING 1 out of 5 - Notice how AC is not mentioned. Top floor reaches 95+ in the summer. The heating isn't much to write home about either the levels differ by 20 degrees in the winter and the thermostat is from the 70s. PATIO/DECK 2 out of 5 - Rain gutters leaked into ours even after multiple requests to have it fixed. Never able to use it. DISHWASHER 2.5 out of 5 - Meh, typical fall off the truck unit that didn't completely dry the dishes but it wasn't horrible. PROFESSIONAL MANAGED 1 out of 5 - That's a stretch. DOCUMENT ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. Even though the maintenance guys do a poor job request fixes for everything. Be lawyer level of meticulous during the move in or they will charge you for previous items. -

I've lived here for 4 years, never had any issues, and the property managers and maintenance are always responsive. I definitely recommend!

Apartments are old, but the place is tucked back from the main road and pets are allowed.

Place is outdated and poorly kept.
