Aspen Highlands

We had been in Aspen Highlands since 2017 and for 5 years, our stay was wonderful. It was very quiet with a nice balcony view, the neighbors we interacted were also good & considerate. When we moved out the property manager was very helpful, cleared all doubts. I heard bad experiences of move out charges,about how people didn't get their deposit back but all that was not true in my experience. We tried our best & cleaned the apartment thoroughly, And yes there were some minor wear off but as we left the apartment in very clean condition, got our full security deposit back with zero charges. Thanks to Aspen community staff and property manager. If I had to go to Manchester again in future I would be happy to stay at “Aspen Highlands”. Thank you for lovely memories!!

High quality apartment! Everything about this neighborhood is perfect! I have the best view of Manchester from my balcony. Wendy from the leasing office helped us out through the leasing process brilliantly. It's been 6 months since we have lived here and not a single complain related to maintenance or management.

I stayed here for 1+ year. Apartment is spacious with big kitchen and bathrooms. Maintaince is good and quick. But you need to be careful about not burning countertops and carpet should be kept clean. They do charge if you really mess up with something. I got my whole deposit back with interest.

SCAM APARTMENTS!!! Do not move in. I moved out because I had to accept a job in another state, I paid all legal fees and they NEVER paid me back my remaining security deposit. Fast forward a year later....still no trace of my money. An absolute scam of a company. I have proof of them calling me one day asking where to send my remaining security deposit amount to the next day, making up a $600 charge I do not owe. They have debt collectors calling me over this made up scam charge. This is an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the money, headache and Drama, this staff is HORRIBLE. I left my apartment IMMACULATE.

The best community.I lived here around 6 months unfortunately had to leave due to job change.loved the stay here and got very good memories.Loved to come back and stay.I would recommend. Only one problem is when people are breaking the lease.need to consider their situation also and give them a chance to sublease the apartment as per their conditions we need to pay rent till the apartment gets rented this is really bad.Apart from this everything good.
