Aspen Grove Apartments

Management was super nice and friendly. Management arrived on time for the viewing and unit was very clean. The grounds were clean and the pool was crystal clear.

From the first phone call, I knew that the Manager, Charlotte, was so warm on the phone, I just had to check out these apartments. The apartments were clean, updated, and the grounds were impeccable! Needless to say, I had to take this place. And I couldn't be happier! Not only is this affordable, but the neighbors are friendly and respectful. I was right about the way I perceived Management from the first call. They truly take pride in this place I call home. The owner turned out to be just as caring and proud of his complex. He regularly visits, always doing something to improve the quality of living in the place. I sincerely couldn't find any other place that I can be so happy, safe and stable! Vacancies are rare, tenants just don't move in and out. I highly recommend the Aspen Grove A

Worst place I have ever lived! Managment is very rude! The area is gross with junkies around all the time and car theft all the time! The pool is never clean and apartments are small. I would never rent here again!

These are some nice apartments, the on site management is really nice and keep up with the maintenance

It's a nice quiet place to live. The people are friendly. The gated access makes me feel secure.
